After 14 retirement years here in North Auburn, I'm about to move from a fairly large house into an independent-living retirement community. Downsizing is mandatory! Goodwill will get several trunkloads of goodies, but I thought it might be worthwhile to offer some of the better stuff to my neighbors. I've listed it on the Sacramento Craigslist, but I've also run up these pages on my web site that present it all in one place and link straight to the Craigslist entries (click on the photos below to go the the corresponding page). You can contact me directly with the mailto link at the bottom of each page |

FURNITURE: The big-ticket item is a seven-piece high-quality bedroom set with king-size bed. There's also a leather reclining sofa from La-Z-Boy, a set of decorative accent tables that I bought in Palm Beach, a combination bookcase/storage cabinet, some two-drawer filing cabinets, a floor fan, and a pair of tall electronics cabinets for the old-school audio buff. |

FRAMED ART: I have a couple of paintings given to me by the artist in Odessa, Ukraine, in 1990; framed classic sheet music; a New Orleans Jazz poster and much more. |

ELECTRONICS: For computer users, a brand-new HP printer still in its unopened box (it's a long story), a router/modem for wifi; for audio buffs, a 200W-per-channel power amplifier and a pair of wireless remote speakers; for your TV, a Boston Acoustics soundbar plus wireless subwoofer. |
